Simon was made a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1996 and his proactive, ‘sleeves rolled up’, approach has gained him the respect of both clients and colleagues alike. Since opening his agency in 2013, Simon has been the recipient of multiple individual and company awards in recognition of his never ending desire to offer the very best customer service experience.

Maddy Hancock - Senior Associate and Marketing Manager
Maddy has always expressed a passion for property and all things relating to it. Having met Simon whilst selling her family home, he was immediately impressed with her enthusiasm and attention to detail and offered her a role in the practice. As Senior Associate, Maddy now has a number of key roles and responsibilities including proactive, multiple awarding winning estate agent, marketing and social media executive, exceptional in-house photographer, accredited adobe Photoshop specialist and fully licensed drone operator; in addition to ably assisting Simon with the day to day running of the business.

Susie has been involved in property sales for many years, and now provides specialist support to our clients once their sale has been agreed. Susie’s main area of expertise is within the conveyancing process and financial arrangements. Susie is very friendly, and a great problem-solver. She not only works hard to keep your sale running smoothly ‘behind the scenes’, but also takes the time to ensure every customer receives the help and advice they need every step of the way.

Ellie is our Associate in the office. Having worked as a sales negotiator in her previous job, she has gained knowledge and experience in estate agency and sales. She offers the highest possible level of customer service and that is always at the top of her agenda. Ellie will always do her very best to ensure all enquiries are carried out quickly and efficiently.
